‍Job Overview:

• Good technical support experience with Network Security Products, Linux, and Windows server operating system.
• Working knowledge with Storage, & Virtualization tools like VMWARE or Hyper-V.
• Familiarity with PC/Server hardware setup and BIOS configuration.
• Hands on Experience on Endpoint products like Cisco ASA, FortiGate, Palo Alto, Juniper, Sophos, Checkpoint, etc.
• Should be able to research, Configure, write security policies, and collect logs from Network Security devices.
• Perform analysis of system log files and interpret symptoms as part of the problem analysis and to determine the correct resolution path.
• Experience supporting enterprise customers is desired.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
